National's approach at this level is geared more towards the small business owner or executive who have a background in a sales and marketing environment, especially in a service related industry. The ideal candidate will then operate their business in a city of their choosing (not to conflict or overlap other established joint venture partners).

For a mutually agreed upon start up fee which will be dependent upon the metropolitan area desired and or available, National's joint venture partners will then operate their business in a professional atmosphere. Our partners will manage their new venture during normal business hours headquartered in an office environment.

Our joint venture partner's main daily focus will be in sales and marketing to all prospective customers as listed in our previous page under the heading of "Industries Serviced. "

For the above mentioned agreed upon fee, our partners will be trained at their location at no extra out of pocket costs. At National's discretion field training may also be held at an office that is fully operational in another city. This must be discussed at the beginning as their will be added costs involved and must be evaluated on a case by case basis. Once tre initial training has been completed the new partner will have everything necessary in
order to start developing their respective customer base and staff requirements.

By properly training our new partners in the art of commercial/industrial property cleaning sales and marketing, customer relations, janitorial sanitization, quality control, accounting (receivable/payable), equipment and chemical purchasing, legal, etc., our partners can transfer this knowlege to the customers they service and the staff that accomplished the actual cleaning.

National will always place our joint venture partners first, helping them understand how to properly clean and sanitize a commercial/industrial account, and how to own and manage a business of their own.
